Each bracelet has a specific bar size dimension which is why we have a character limitation. If there’s something you’d like to add but can’t, send us a message to hello@auswara.com of the bracelet you’re interested in and the inscription you’d like engraved. We’ll let you know if it is doable or not

Yes, the tracking information will be sent to your email once the order has been dispatched.
If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can update the address for you. However, once it has been sent to Australia Post, we cannot redirect it to a different address. Always ensure that you have typed in the correct shipping address before placing your order.
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest. However, by setting up an account, you won’t have to enter your details every time you shop at Auswara.
Auswara’s website is easy to navigate through and user-friendly. Simply choose your favourite item(s), and add them to the cart. The product pages will guide you through placing an order step by step.
All major credit/debit cards are accepted, and payment is made in full when you place the order.
There is a discount code input bar on the top right corner of the checkout page. Once you enter the code, the order amount will automatically update.
Auswara offers Free Express Shipping in Australia on orders over $75. For orders less than $75, standard shipping is $8.88 and express shipping is $11.79
